Welcome to Michael J Osborne's Beyond Light and Dark blog site.
Although Michael J Osborne is best known for his books and work in renewable energy and in climate change, his primary interest and expertise is Energy.
His first book, "Lightland, Climate Change and the Human Potential", is a blueprint for our civilization to move forward as an ethical and prosperous global community. His second book, "Silver in the Mine", was written to provide a formal road map for the City of Austin, as it moves towards becoming a sustainable city. "Day of the Heart", his third book, is a delightful allegory and tale of the People of the Sun.
In his newest work, "Beyond Light and Dark", Michael J Osborne lays out a blueprint for a new operating system for the subject /object consciousness that we humans presently use in making our way through the mystery that we call existence.
In "Beyond," Michael shows us the mystery of these energy patterns that we have created, and he helps us unravel them."
Through his work at a major electric utility and through his blog, earthfamilyalpha, Michael works everyday to transform the way we make our energy, and to transform the way in which we allow our own energy to be shaped and channeled by the institutional and epistemological relics of our past.
Mr. Osborne lives in Austin, Texas and in Real de Catorce, Mexico with his partner and family and friends. He may be contacted through his blog.
